Freeze solid, wrap in plastic bag, and roll several layers of newspaper around fish. Line inside of cardboard box with 1 inch construction stiro-foam. Popcorn stro foam does NOT work. Avoid rotting. Place all in box and fill-in voids with extra newspaper (If overseas place dry-ice in box). If possible use 40 Mule Team Borax and borax all over, prior to freezing.
