Conditions of Acceptance, Terms, Deposit
We have had to implement the following because a few would try to take advantage. 50% deposit (non-refundable) required on all work. Work left without a 50% deposit shall become the property of Fish Specislist Taxidermy after 5 days. Balance due (in cashier's check,
accepted credit card, or good check) on completion of work. Work not paid for in five days
after notification shall become the property of FST. No cash refunds! Customer assumes
full legal and financial responsibility for taxidermy services and customer agrees to pay
any and all Attorney fees, Consultation fees, all Collection costs, all Court costs and/or
any other expenses which may be associated with customer's work and/or specimen(s).
Customer will be sent FST telephone number after FSTC receives customers fish and 50%
deposit. Customer will be notified or may call only once concerning mount and agrees to
wait and not to contact FST. Customer agrees to pay $6.00 per call to FST after the 1st
call. This is done to maximize production time. We reserve the right to refuse business. FST will not be held responsible for
theft, fire, flood, vandalism, tanning or any other loss or damage. Nor will FST be
responsible for any work shipped through the mail as it is out of our control. Customer is
responsible for all shipping. FST may cancel any part or all of any work order with or
without cause. Since the true condition of customer's goods is not known until all
taxidermy services are completed, ALL taxidermy services and work is at the customers
risk. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. Printed with permission. Check writer's and
Credit Card Holder's agree to be liable for 3 times the amount of transaction, or $50
which ever is greater, for any reason(s), including stop-payment, account closed, NSF,
etc. This also includes the fraudulent use of credit cards. Shipments paid for by check
will be held 10 days to give check time to clear. All prices are in U.S. dollars, and
checks must be drawn on U.S. banks.
By sending fish to us customer agrees to having read all the above and agrees to all
above terms.
We regret having to implement the above, however, there will always be the few who want something for nothing.
